In these conditions of sale “The Customer” means the person, firm or company ordering or buying goods and or services from satronic.co.uk. No contract in respect of the goods and or services between satronic.co.uk and the customer shall exist until the customer’s order has been accepted by satronic.co.uk. In placing an order with satronic.co.uk the customer agrees to be bound by these conditions. Any variation to these conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by satronic.co.uk.

 

2. GOODS

The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available, in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card, debit card for the goods. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Some catalogue photos may not represent the actual product. All product names, registered trademarks, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All information including pricing is correct at the time of publishing.

 

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices quoted by satronic.co.uk are in GB pounds sterling, cleared funds payment is required in full before goods are despatched. satronic.co.uk reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate on payment not received by the due date until such sum is received irrespective of any other action taken in order to obtain satisfactory settlement of sums due. satronic.co.uk shall be entitled to adjust the price at any time before delivery to the customer in the event of any increase arising in the cost of supplying or delivering the goods. Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. If at satronic.co.uk discretion’s satronic.co.uk agrees to take the goods back then any credit notes must be used against future purchases of goods, or if a refund is given, a 25% handling/restocking fee plus carriage and disbursements will be deducted.

 

satronic.co.uk shall be at liberty to cancel an order at its own discretion. satronic.co.uk shall not incur any liability whatsoever to the customer for any loss (whether consequential or otherwise) suffered by the customer as a result of such determination. You have a right to cancel products supplied by us within 7 days.

 

All our delivery charges include insurance, so you can rest assured should your item go missing during transport we are fully insured and a replacement will be despatched immediately (subject to availability). We currently deliver to UK and Ireland. For other areas please contact us, deliveries are normally within 1/4 (four) working day/’s. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. If you are not at home or in the office when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier. Delivery shortages and discrepancies/errors must be reported within 24 hours of the date of delivery and confirmed in writing/E-mail within 3 days. All goods will remain the property of satronic.co.uk until payment is received in full.

 

Where the warranty is RTB (return to base) the customer is to pay all costs of shipping to satronic.co.uk and satronic.co.uk will pay all costs of returning the goods to the customer to mainland UK only. This excludes failures due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation-modification or damage that is attributable to acts of God. satronic.co.uk is not liable for items returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim to whomever they used to return the goods.

 

If any item is defective within the guarantee period (accept control boxes), E-mail us at returns@ satronic.co.uk. We will replace any item (excluding control boxes) within 7-14 days after we receive the defective unit, subject to availability and testing. We are unable to offer refunds on products over 14days from date of purchase. If the item(s) are tested faulty they will be either replaced or returned to manufacturer for repair/replacement. Original packaging and contents, and receipt must accompany all returns. Please do not send items without first speaking to our returns department returns@ satronic.co.uk, so we can issue you with an RMA number, as we will not accept returns without this number. satronic.co.uk is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. Please note that any warranty offered does not cover any carriage charges incurred. Returns of unwanted and incompatible goods will incur a handling charge of 15% and must be returned within 7 days and notified before returning to us. All items returned as faulty will be tested and notified as soon as possible; if the item is found not to be faulty a restocking fee of 20% is charged. If we believe your problem would be better dealt with by the manufacturers we will advise you accordingly the main reason we do this is to ensure that you receive the best possible support on their products. Under the terms of the warranty, goods being returned to satronic.co.uk must be by prior arrangement only.

 

satronic.co.uk will not be liable in respect of any breach of this agreement due to any cause beyond its control, including Act of God, inclement weather, flood, lighting, or fire; industrial action or lockout, the act of omission of government, highways authorities or other competent authority; war military operations or not, riots; the act or omission of any party for which satronic.co.uk is not responsible.

 

These conditions of sale shall be construed in accordance with English Law. These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights. We hope you enjoy your shopping with satronic.co.uk.
